Setup guide

Set up Vela on the screen you already own.

Pick the device, install the player it can run, then enter the username, password, and portal address from your order message.

    Choose a plan

    Tell us the term, how many screens you need, and which device is in the living room.

  2. 2

    Pay, then receive the login

    You pay on Shopify. The card is entered there, after a short stop on the service site. Once it clears, you get a username, password, and portal address.

    Open the player

    Enter those details in the app we recommend for your device. The guide loads, and you are watching.

Devices

Choose your device

The player is made by another company. If it asks for its own license, that fee is not part of your Vela plan. A device not listed here is a question for WhatsApp before you pay.

Fire TV Stick

The setup we suggest first.

    From the Fire TV home screen, search for IPTV Smarters or TiviMate and install the one the store lists.

  2. 2

    Open it and choose the portal login, sometimes labelled Xtream Codes. Ignore any trial the player itself tries to sell.

  3. 3

    Enter the username, password, and portal address from your Vela message. The three fields have to match those names.

  4. 4

    Let the guide finish loading, then open a channel. If it stalls, message us with the channel name.

Samsung and LG

A TV-store player, often with its own license.

    On the television, open the app store and search for Smart IPTV or a similar IPTV player.

  2. 2

    If the app asks for a license, that payment goes to the app maker. It is not part of your Vela plan.

  3. 3

    Some of these apps show a MAC address first. Send it to us, and we tie the login to that screen.

  4. 4

    When the app asks for a portal, use the address from your order message, then reload the guide.

Android phone, box, and TV

Same login. The Play Store is the path.

    Open the Play Store and install TiviMate or IPTV Smarters, whichever is available in your country.

  2. 2

    The Vela login is separate from the player. Signing into Google does not sign you into the channels.

  3. 3

    Choose the portal login and enter the username, password, and portal address we sent.

  4. 4

    A phone is fine for one person. For the living room, an Android TV or a Fire Stick is the steadier picture.

iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV

Only when the App Store still lists a player.

    Search the App Store for IPTV Smarters. Availability changes by country, and we cannot put the app there ourselves.

  2. 2

    If it is listed, install it and choose the portal login. Use the username, password, and portal address from your message.

  3. 3

    If the store has removed it, do not hunt for a profile or a side install. A Fire Stick is the reliable path.

  4. 4

    Apple TV uses the same idea when a player is listed in its store. Tell us the model if the search comes up empty.

Windows and Mac

A desk or a hotel, with the same login.

    Install IPTV Smarters for desktop when you want the guide. VLC is the fallback when you only need the picture.

  2. 2

    In Smarters, choose the portal login and enter the three details from your Vela message.

  3. 3

    VLC needs a playlist address instead. Ask us for that link. Do not paste the portal URL into VLC.

  4. 4

    Keep the computer on Ethernet or a strong 5 GHz network if the picture breaks up in the evening.

Infomir MAG

A portal address in the box settings.

  1. 1

    Tell us the MAG model when you order. The menu names differ between boxes.

  2. 2

    We reply with a portal address. On the box, open Settings, then Servers, and set that address as the portal.

  3. 3

    Restart the box. The guide should load without a username if the box is tied to that portal.

  4. 4

    If it asks for a login as well, use the username and password from the same message.

Roku

The store rarely lists a player.

    Search the Roku Channel Store for an IPTV player. Most regions do not list one.

  2. 2

    If a player is there, install it and enter the portal details from your Vela message.

  3. 3

    If the search is empty, a Fire Stick or an Android TV is the path that actually works.

  4. 4

    Message us with the Roku model before you pay if that is the only screen in the house.
